Well i think it sounds pretty good....I myself is very interested and will probably bring 2-4 teams as well....RD and AR is fine cause everything is random....but will EM be in the mode as well??? cause me and my friends get thrown off by it and usually don't ever play EM on Lan games....Anyways the new heroes are pretty good and some could be balanced, but i'd say it wouldn't be too bad if we tried out the new map....I'd like to hear more about this tournament soon...but yeahs the 24th in the afternoon would be a good time because on the 23 a lot of us might not be able to make it due to other scheduled things...

EM!!! lol oh well we will adjust....and June 30 should work...rules seem pretty good...and yeahs i'd agree with the prize money and all...it is just that what if you don't ever go to the MG in Arvada for the time??? cause we usually go to the MG by AMC 24 Promenade in Westminster.....well anyways i'll hope to see you all there...

MG Westminster is a different store; we don't share revenue. This tournament is only for the Arvada location

Dota Tournament
Tournament: 3v3
Date: July 1st , 2007
Mode: RDEM (Random Draft Easy Mode)
Entry fee: $21(for entire team)(prize will go up with more than six teams exact amount up to lan center but with eight teams its $80)
Prizes: $60 first prize, second place is time(4hour block)
Start Time: 1:00pm

Also please note that the day of the tournament has changed to sunday.



Rules for Denver dota tournament at maximumgamer arvada

1. Pooling

Pooling of any kind is not allowed. Pooling is defined as purchasing items for use or sale by another player. Sharing as specified by Rule: 2 is not considered pooling.

2. Sharing

The sharing of basic regeneration items, wards, consumables, and gems is allowed. Items shared must be returned in a timely manner and may not be kept or used for any other purpose. The following items are the only allowable items:
· Sentry wards
· Observer wards
· Scroll of Teleportation
· Clarity Potion
· Flasks of Sapphire Water
· Chickens (for usage)
· Ring of Regeneration
· Ring of Health
· Sobi Mask
· Void Stone
· Ancient Tango of Essifation
· Gem of Truesight
· Bottle



4. Sharing Control

Players may share control to allow teammates to use their chicken and/or hero to purchase items. Items purchased in this way must be immediately transferred to the proper player. Do not attack creeps or heroes while holding an item that is required in this fashion.

5. Team Killing

Team killing is allowed in Lan matches. Under the condition that the teammate is doomed or poisoned, the ability to kill your teammates is allowed for game play purposes. It is an advanced part of the game and will not be restricted.

6. No Back Dooring. This means you are not allowed to attack towers or other buildings without creep support. You are allowed to attack any building in enemy base if there are creeps inside the enemy base on another side.
Creep Support is defined as follow: the enemy tower is in range and attacking the creeps even if the creeps don't choose to attack the tower and attacks enemy creeps instead.


7..Remakes
1)If a game is to be remaid due to a computer chrash it is up to the decision of the lan admin to decree. Please pause the game, and ask him or her to come over. If the admin decrees the game should go on than follow the below rules.

If one hero disconnects and there is no remake, you are allowed to:
1) Use the hero and with the SAME items he had when the player disconnected.
2) Sell all items from the hero (team sell). You are not allowed to take the items for yourself or sell them them from any unit but the leavers hero! This rule means that you can teamsell the items and still use the leaver.
